Coming from a small town, didn’t stop Yadhav from seeking best of the education. He has graduated from Hindu College with B.Com (H) degree and after that went on to complete his MBA from one of the premier management college, Faculty of Management Studies (FMS).

After completing his studies, Yadhav Mehra worked with a MNC for few years in Sales, Sales Management and Branch Management.

However, the corporate world left him disillusioned and he decided to call it quits in 1995. He tried his hand on business ventures in Himalayas for 2 years but that also failed to materialise. Then in 1997, Yadhav founded boutique training company C-Cube Training & Development.
