After unsuccessful business venture, Yadhav Mehra found his true calling in behavioural, soft skills management and OB/OD training. In 1997, he founded C-Cube Training & Development Company and started boutique training from there.

Till now Yadhav Mehra has trained more than 15,000 people of over 30 nationalities in corporate sector across a 100 companies working in different fields. He has 100% repeat business.
